Covid-19 & USPS:

We continue to meet our Same-day Shipping promise (orders in by 6 pm EST).

Due to staffing/temp/training issues related to Covid, USPS is experiencing shipping delays and missed tracking updates (scan-ins).

Most orders won’t notice anything different. But sometimess both of these things are happening (shipping delay AND missed scan-ins) resulting in customers looking at dated tracking info that makes it appear their order is stuck or hasn’t even shipped.

International (outside-USA) deliveries are taking even longer as they also have to wind through understaffed and backlogged Border & Customs checkpoints in both countries.

Despite delays, however, shipments ARE getting delivered, and with the same high accuracy as before.

FedEx and UPS are in the same boat. We use USPS since they are bound to US Search & Seizure laws — they cannot legally open your package — since they are not a private company

We ship thousands of orders every week so we’re being flooded with emails everyday with questions about USPS issues we can’t give a satisfactory answer to. Because we can’t answer, this leads to multi-day email exchanges where we try our best to comfort our rightfully-impatient customers on into the late evenings, 7 days a week, working and paying significant overtime to do so.

We are now looking at having to raise prices to pay this overtime and hire additional staff just for the one job of answering one shipping question that only has one answer: “It’s running late, but it IS coming.”

I have decided that we will not raise prices and will not hire that extra staff. Instead, emails asking “Where’s my order?” are now being directed to this message.

We are very thankful and humbled to have so many loyal customers and to be selling the kinds of products that people want to get into their hands on right now, and we definitely understand the frustration of waiting, but we have no influence on the nation’s postal service or the ability to speed up a single package making its way through the 472-million-shipments-per-day mailstream.

1) Are SARMs legal? What about the SARMs Control Act?

Yes, in the US, SARMS are currently legal to buy and sell as research chemicals. However, if the U.S. SARMs Control Act of 2019 passes in 2020, SARMs will become Schedule III drugs, like steroids, and illegal for most to possess or sell in the U.S.. There is no need to panic-buy or hoard SARMs — however do stay in the loop on S. 2895.

Additionally, China (the only source of SARMs raw material at scale) announced in November 2019 that, as of January 1 2020, the county has banned the production and export of SARMs. This caused price increases and out of stocks in early 2020, but we are pleased to announce that we are fully back in business after several months of sourcing work and product testing.

Please note the ”in stock qty” displayed on product pages represents the number of bottles we have available to sell, not necessarily our total available stock level.

2) Are SARMTECH products legit?

Our primary goal is to provide pure and potent products, and to do this consistently — every batch, every order, every bottle, every capsule.

We up-dose slightly to account for natural variances in capsule fullness that is normal with all capsulized products. 3) What is the shelf life of SARMs?

Technically, the ”shelf life” of SARMs is unknown.

A lot of other companies stamp a 2 year sell-buy date on their products. Perhaps they’re following practices from the supplement industry, or trying to make products appear more legitimate. It’s not that we think date-stamping is a horrible idea, we just don’t see the logic in putting an arbitrary and guessed number on our bottles for “feel good” reasons.

And chemists would tell you it depends on many factors. Air, heat, light, and moisture are the enemies.

Our products are in capsules and our bottles are also double-sealed (triple if you count the mylar), and include a silica pack moisture inhibitor. But a lot of other companies sell a liquid form, or baggie of powder that’s not vacuum-sealed. It doesn’t take a scientist to know these forms can lose efficacy — and liquids lose consistency — over the course of a year or two.

We’ll offer our informed opinion that a capsulized product in powder form could last quite a long time if not overly exposed to these elements. And if one took extra measures, say placing bottles in a brown bag in a refrigerator (not a freezer), one could be looking at a very long, zombie-apocolyptic, timeframe indeed.

4) What is the proper use, dose, cycle, effects, etc. for your products?

As much as we’d like to, due to the nature of the products we sell, for legal reasons we cannot recommend or advise you on specific research. Legitimate sellers won’t be able to answer these questions.

SARMs are not approved by FDA for human consumption as dietary supplements (read disclaimer in FAQ #1). As sellers, we’re limited on how we discuss the use of SARMs, which are classified as IND chemicals for research use only.

We are merchants, not scientists or doctors. Our job is to bring to market the purest pharma-grade SARMs, ensuring quality from raw material, to packaging, to your door. If we play by the rules, we can continue to do this for years to come.

There are many sources available for the information you are seeking (including many of our Customer Reviews) but we are not allowed or qualified to advise on your research study.

We can say…
Sales trends over time with our products suggest most researchers choose one primary anabolic (muscle building) compound, such as RAD-140 or LGD-4033 or S-23 or S-4. More is not always better.

If and when a study involves multiple goals (such as also injury recovery/prevention, losing fat, increasing endurance, reducing myostatin, increasing GH, or lowering estrogen levels), we generally see a primary SARM stacked with one or more secondary compounds (such as, respectively, MK-2866, or GW-501516 and/or SR-9009, or YK-11, or MK-677, or Andro AI) to achieve these goals.

PCT…
The ability of SARMs to reduce testosterone levels and/or increase estrogen levels is a hotly-debated topic. In keeping with the legal requirements outlined above, we have no comment. However, like most sellers we do offer a test booster PCT product, as well as an estrogen-blocking compound. Sales patterns and thousands of emails and reviews suggest a very strong pattern of researchers administering a PCT immediately after cycle. Many opt to administer PCT two weeks before cycle end, or administer during and after.

No. We only sell here, on our website, and our products look like this. As we’ve grown over the years several copycats have emerged to ride the coat tails of our hard work and success.

Some copy our capsule colors and dosage, some copy our label, some even copy our logo and call themselves SARMTECH.

12) When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 6 pm (EST – Eastern Time Zone) are shipped the same day. Otherwise they are processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed Sundays or major holidays are processed and shipped the next day.

Tracking information for your orders can be found under My Account > Orders. You can also track your package route step-by-step and get text-alerts on your USPS tracking page. Sometimes USPS skips or delays tracking steps, so don’t live and die by it.

We have no special relationship with USPS — we see the same tracking info as you.

USPS delivers Priority Mail© on a completely different track than First Class©. Both methods are fairly good at keeping their estimated delivery timeframes. However about 3% of the time for First Class© and about 1% of the time for Priority Mail©, there’s some unexplainable delay or a lack of tracking information, or both. USPS is completely unhelpful and ineffective at locating parcels in its mailstream. BUT – in every case the package is eventually delivered, or there’s some address issue and it heads back our way and we let you know.

In the unlikely event a U.S. order takes longer than 20 days to arrive, or 60 days for an International (non-US) non-seized order to arrive, we offer polite customers a 50% Off code to re-place their order, and when the original order shows up they can either keep it or return it for a refund.

Except for Priority Express© (US only) USPS does NOT guarantee shipping timeframes. For example, USPS uses the term Priority Mail© 2-3 Day because it typically takes 2 to 3 (business) days. Typical but not guaranteed. We have no control of the inner-workings of USPS so there’s nothing we can do to speed up a delayed order. Your USPS tracking link shows you (and us) the sum total of all available information known about your order’s shipping progress. We have zero say in the operations of the United States Postal Service nor, obviously, the postal services of foreign countries. Your order WILL arrive … either at your address (99.99% likely) or back to us if there was a problem (0.01% likely). In the meantime, emailing us repeatedly with questions we don’t have answers to will only cost everyone time and money. However, if it’s been longer than the time shown above in blue, do contact us for next steps.

13) Will I need to sign for my order?

No. We don’t use signature required options when shipping.

14) Is the packaging discreet?

Our packages are discreet – there are no indications of the contents and the label reads from “Shipping Dept”.

15) Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO’s? Do you offer a military discount?

16) What if my International (non-US) order is seized by Customs?

As shown during checkout, we do not offer refunds or replacement shipping for Customs seizures.

We ship to every country, and in over 100,000 orders we’ve had relatively very few issues due to the way we package, invoice, and declare our orders.

It is your responsibility to know the import regulations for your country.

In the unlikely event your order is randomly inspected and seized by your Border & Customs agency you will see this info on your USPS tracking page (locate your USPS tracking link here: My Account > Orders > View). You should receive a call or written notice from them if the hold exceeds 7 days. If not you need to contact them to initiate the release process by acknowledging the compounds are for research use only (for Canada, contact CBSA at contact@cbsa.gc.ca or by phone at 1-800-461-9999).

Most countries give Customs agents broad discretion and they often don’t even play by their own rules. Or they don’t even know. Example: a few months ago a customer in Australia had an order inspected and when he received it 3 weeks later found the SARMs intact but NO2 (arginine based) was removed. They enclosed a copy of an obscure anti-arginine import/export rule. A few weeks later, again Australia, the exact opposite occurred.

Due to the way we package and declare orders, we often hear our seizure rate is lower than other sellers. However, please do take note of our risk estimates below:

Seized orders have 3 potential outcomes:

(1) Released after 1-30 days of inspection time (+10 more days to forward it on to you)

(2) Returned to us after 1-30 days of inspection time (+30 more days to return it to us)

If the order is returned to us we will let you know and issue you a full refund or reship, your choice.

(3) Destroyed or “permanently detained” (perhaps the Customs agents draw straws?)

We do not offer refunds or replacement shipping for Customs seizures.

17) My order shows “Delivered” but it didn’t arrive.

In over 170,000 orders we’ve heard this quite a few times.

It’s very common for a package to be reported as “delivered” but not show up until the next day. Pre-Covid about 1 in 300, but these days more like 1 in 100.

It is thought the source of this delay is when a courier marks his entire truck/route as “delivered” (to reduce the work of doing individual scans, as per protocol), but when the work shift is over and some mail remains to get delivered it just goes back to their local distribution center and into the next day’s work queue. The fact that this happens so often on a Monday, their busiest day, supports this theory. USPS staff is, of course, tight-lipped about this problem will invariably give a deer-in-the-headlight look at the counter and mumble something along the lines of “maybe a bad address, talk to the sender, blah blah blah…”.

Step 1 – Relax, and wait

 

Second most common is a mis-delivery to a neighbor, or if you live in apartments it was left with the landlord, leasing office, or in a parcel locker. As you search these places, you’re looking for a discreetly-packaged square or rectangular plain white box wrapped in a white poly bag or Priorty Mail padded envelope, with a shipping label from “Shipping Dept”.

Step 2 – Check these places

 

Occassionally a customer will give us the wrong shipping address. Check yours here: Orders.

Step 3 – Verify address

 

After taking these steps, if it still can’t be found — and you gave us the correct address — ask us for your pre-ship photo, which shows your products and USPS mailing label (showing tracking # and shipping address) just before your order was packaged for shipment. Visit your post office and take this document which confirms your tracking # and correct shipping address (or else they’ll just blame you or the shipper for a bad address). If they don’t have a clue, which is common, tell them you need them to initiate a Missing Mail Search. You can initiate this request online yourself, but we encourage you to visit your post office and have them do it because they’ll have specifics on the mail carrier, etc.

Step 4 – Take your ID, tracking #, and our pre-ship photo to your local post office

 

Other times it’s theft on your property (ie. mailbox theft).

Clearly we can’t control the national mail service or do anything about mail handling at apartments, neighborhood theft, etc.. Like every other company, we can’t provide refunds or free reshipments for “delivered” orders and remain in business.
